Frank's experience with Japanese and international buyers has grown over the years, and is a distinct advantage for both buyers and sellers. He is fluent in Japanese and has a thorough understanding of Asian customs and culture, making him a trusted and reliable resource for his clients. He is dedicated, honest and hard working, and because of these core values, is able to form strong and lasting relationships with his clients.
Frank has traveled the world and lived in Japan, California, Washington and Hawaii. He chose to reside on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii to raise his family in the relaxing, tropical climate surrounded by world-class hotels and resorts, excellent private schools and medical facilities, a low crime rate and a variety of outdoor recreation. Frank's philosophy is that purchasing property in Hawaii is an opportunity to embrace a unique lifestyle and join the Hawaii ohana.
C and H Properties was founded over 25 years ago and has consistently been the leader in sales volume for the west side of the Big Island. In June of 2008, C and H merged with Windermere Island Properties to become Windermere/C and H Properties.
